Required skills:
Solid experience as a Business Analyst, Requirements Analyst, or Consultant (or similar role) working on Customer Care, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Billing system, or Product Catalog such as IBM Sterling Product Catalog or Amdocs Product Catalog.
Must have experience working in client focused roles
Experience working with Waterfall or Agile methodologies
Strong communication and presentation skills
Successful working independently and the ability to be assertive and bold with solutions
Consulting industry experience for a large systems integrator such as Accenture, Capgemini, Pricewaterhouse Coopers, Deloitte, KPMG, etc. or Electronic Product Catalog vendor
Consistent work history
Ability to travel 80%-90% within the U.S.
Preferred industry experience: telecommunications, cable, product catalog, CRM, OSS/BSS, billing systems, etc.
